I've never heard of phragmities! Your photo makes me want to see more, though. I like that the hwk is low over the field as if it is close in on its prey.

Phragmites are a large ornamental grass that are highly invasive, and often grows in large stands and multiplies by vegetative growth.
ReplyDeleteSome craft stores sell them after they have been sprayed and treated for decoration around the house.
I have never heard of phragmites either. I really like the faint diagonal patterns in the sky and the colors of the sky against the field. Very nice.
