365 challenge -- cement {40}

Today's theme ... cement.  This weir is found on the stream that runs through our property.  Such a pretty bright day with temperatures barely hitting 10 degrees, the bright sun and blue sky create a beautiful blue tint in the cold running water.

    Blue and orange...they really go together in this otherwise bland coloration....jumped right out at me.
