Today's theme ... wet.  It rained and rained and then it snowed.  Our Memorial Day camping trip was cut short due to rain and snow.

Today's theme ... seaside.  This submarine sail is larger than life and is not seaside any longer.  It was retired in the early 80's.

Today's theme ... city/town.  This is the town where I live.

Today's theme ... debris.  There was a lot of debris after they pulled out my driveway.

Today's theme ... the letter g. A gaggle of geese.

Today's theme ... hummingbird.  The first hummingbird of the season, hoping to get a better picture soon!

Today's theme ... out of place.  These orange construction barrels are out of place in my small town out in the country. They belong on some highway in the city!

Today's theme ... tractor.  My neighbor plowing his fields.

Today's theme ... the letter o. O is for Owl!  We had owls nest in our trees last year and with a cold wet spring we weren't sure if we'd see them again this year or not.  Only one bird in site, not nesting yet, but indeed, I saw an owl.

Today's theme ... five.  An amazing site, five sand-hill cranes flying over head.

Today's theme ... stripes.  This American Bittern was so camouflaged in the reads we almost missed it.

Today's theme ... grass.  This yellow-headed black bird is finding dinner in the grass.

Today's theme ... one-two-three.  One-two-three, pelicans swimming in the stream.

Today's theme ... motion blur.  This bird provided a great shot for a motion blur.

Today's theme ... town.  This is my town.  Spring is starting to appear, the mountain is greening up and the tress are on the verge of leaves.

Today's theme ... pastel.  My hyacinth's are blooming and are bright pastel colors.

Today's theme ... smooth.  The pond was smooth as glass this afternoon and I was able to get a great reflection shot.

Today's theme ... movement.  There is  a lot of movement in this creek running through our town.  Spring run-off is a bit behind schedule, we expect it to rise in the coming days.
